I also have experience of working with the elderly in a care home and within their own homes. In 2017 I decided to follow my interest in holistic therapies. This has led me on a journey and exploration of healing. Since 2017, I have trained as a Reiki Practitioner, Reiki Drum Practitioner, Sound Therapy Practitioner, Tuning Fork Therapist. To deepen my understanding and to help others I took part in the Meditation Teaching Training Programme in Dent and graduated as a Meditation Teacher in 2021 I welcome the opportunity to carry forward my knowledge to help others on their path to healing and wellbeing.
